Worthy RCI gold star resort

As an ex hotel inspector I know what I’m looking for in a resort. Of course I haven’t visited all back areas or all rooms but the gold resort status for RCI seems worthy.

Excellent accommodations. Clean tidy, well kept, nothing whatsoever to give constructive feedback on. Staff through all areas are engaging and friendly, you wouldn't walk past one without a hello.

A safe complex suitable for couples, families or singles. Beware of the hill to town but a taxi at 4 euro won’t break the bank.

Brilliant 5 star complex

We have been holidaying at Las Calas every year for the last 28 years and absolutely love it , as soon as we arrive we feel at home knowing the quality of the apartments is excellent and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating.

Having been on many self catering holidays all over Europe we always end comparing them to Las Calas and have to say Las Calas wins hands down all the time, you could literally move into the place full time the facilities are that good.

Enjoyed 2 weeks at Las Calas in January. First time. Can recommend to anyone. Loved fact their was a heated pool.

The Perfect Resort to Enjoy Puerto Del Carmen

We have just returned from a 2 week stay and thoroughly enjoyed it,can’t wait to return. A perfect Resort to enjoy the local area,just a short walk to the sea front where there is a fantastic selection of really good restaurants.

The Resort has 3 swimming pools,so very easy to find a sun bed. A Good Restaurant and separate Bar area with Great Evening Entertainment.

The Staff are all really friendly and work together to maintain a high standard of Service.

All staff are so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and had our request for apartment in a specific place honoured.

The apartments are good and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The grounds, pool area immaculate.

The restaurant and bars onsite are very good and reasonably priced.

Lovely well run resort

Great experience super staff , very well run enjoyed our stay very much , would recommend it to other travellers, great restaurant, again friendly staff , entertainment was very good.

Great resort, fantastic staff

This resort is beautifully clean and our apartment was recently refurbished. Pools and areas around pool kept beautifully clean. Staff very accommodating with any requests. Restaurant and bar serves good food and drinks.

Prices reasonable. Plenty of sunbeds and no problem getting one at any time of the day when we were there.
