WHAT IS HOLIDAY OWNERSHIP AT LAS CALAS?
Holiday ownership, also known as timeshare, gives you the opportunity to own an apartment at Las Calas.
But, rather than owning it all, you share the use of the apartment with other like-minded holidays makers.
Each apartment is divided and sold on a weekly basis from week 1 – 52. You just select the week that suits your holiday needs the best and you’ll have the right to use the apartment for that week every year until 2068.
Want to holiday at Las Calas for more than a week every year? Then purchase as many weeks as you want in your preferred apartment.
WE TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING
Owning a timeshare apartment is not the same as owning a property outright so there are none of the usual issues linked to whole ownership.
The resort management team performs all maintenance, refurbishment, cleaning, gardening and improvements using funds collected in an annual maintenance fee set by the owners committee.
Therefore, you can enjoy your holiday, safe in the knowledge the resort is being professionally managed and maintained to the very highest standards.

For a one-off fee, you can return to the resort on your chosen week and apartment every year for a three or five-year period. There are no additional ownership costs, such as the annual maintenance fee as these are covered in the initial charge. Other on-site charges may be applicable.
